"I’ve been a customer with this agency for years. They have been incredibly responsive and helped me immensely throughout my time there. One specific example that really exemplifies some of the people that work there: I was involved in a car accident and I was wrongfully deemed liable. Chris from this agency took on the case and made it her mission to make it right. She was on top of it and eventually, was able to work a miracle and not only make the claim correct, but also got me a refund for all of the excess costs I had paid in premiums; she was even able to get me my accident-free status and a lower premium moving forward. She essentially made it like this wrongful claim had never happened. I’m so grateful to her and the team. Many of them have helped me.
