"HI -- I went in to the office and met Susan Smith ,an agent there 2.5 weeks ago to start a claim on my Totaled Car. She started it the same day and stayed in touch 2-3 times per week via E-mail. "I had a recent conversation with Dani Williams in Customer Service. I was concerned because my auto insurance premium increased and I wasn’t aware of this happening. I was a little upset, but Dani was very apologetic and empathetic (although this wasn’t her fault); inflation is hitting most industries. I appreciated her sensitivity to my plight.
